Xunxing Group Ceremoniously Held 2011 Annual Excellent Employee Commendation Congress and Festival Gala

In the evening of December 31^st, 2011, the new industrial park of Xunxing was brilliantly illuminated and the fireworks were splendid with extraordinary happiness. Management cadre, excellent staff representatives, and representatives of the staff from every company of Xunxing Group and so on, more than 4000 people had a joyous gathering to together witness the struggling course of Xunxing people in the economic tide which were extremely hard and bitter, together congratulate the excellent staff and advanced groups who contributed to every cause of Xunxing during the past year, and together spend the last exciting night of 2011.

In the cheerful music, President of Xunxing Group Mr. Nenghui SHI announced the opening of the celebration. President Lejin WU read the ?Commendation decision of Xunxing Group about awarding 2011 outstanding staff and advanced collectives?. Then a grand commendation congress was held ceremoniously. The excellent staff and representatives of advanced collectives successively went up on the stage to accept the gold medals and trophy presented by company leaders and guests. After the end of the grand commendation congress, there were gorgeous fireworks blazing out. Chairman Nengkeng SHI of Share Company delivered an important speech in the warm applause. He specially pointed out, in the face of severe situation of ?Three Barrens and Two Highs?, the management layer of Share Company decidedly drew up measures of keeping orders, grabbing orders, and striving for orders. Every subsidiary played their respective advantages with all their strength, and under the leadership of their management team, they actively resolved the various unfavorable factors, offered first-rate service for customers with the thoughtful and meticulous service concept of ?One customer, one policy?, promoted the enhancement of per capita benefit by lean management, persistently impelled the carrying out of each reform measures in a deep-going way, all of which guaranteed the implement of the company?s various managements activities in an orderly way.

The chairman emphasized, in the face of the complex and ever-changing business environment, we must innovate and revolute boldly, must be brave in breaking through the dilemma, grasp new opportunity which implied in the crisis, and effectively deal with the new changes of the market environment. When face with the difficulties, we need to think calmly, settle down to plan the layout, focus on implementation, and win in performance, obtain real new breakthrough through the action and show a new climate. At last, he specially pointed out that we were full of yearning for spring and hope in the cold winter. As Xunxing was an enterprise with ideal, ambition, and sense of mission, we had to find opportunity of development from the difficulties, seize the strategic opportunity of transformation and upgrading, steel ourselves to be stronger in the predicament, and forge ourselves to be more excellence in the challenge. He hoped that all staff could band together with absolute sincerity, propagate the enterprise spirit of ?Try our best and to be number one?, be undaunted by repeated setbacks, tenaciously strive to succeed, undergo the baptism of wind and rain, cope with challenges calmly, and make contribution to the development of our national industry and national brand.

In the background of complex and changeful economic situation with continuous fluctuations, the majority of Xunxing staff once again made a big contribution to the development of company with their perseverance and spirit of unity. The commendation congress drew the career development of Xunxing in 2011 to a successful conclusion. Then, all lights went down, and the LED large screen in the center stage displayed beautiful pictures of the opening of the evening party; everybody counted down together; there were flame jetting out from four directions; the fire-curtain lights were lightened, and the new year ceremony began.

There were hot and bold opening dance ?Marketing splendidness and win the future?; ?The rhythm of workshop? which symbolized the strength of workers; ?Xunxing fluorescence?, ?Expression of the youth?, and ?The 2^nd Xunxing shadow?, all of which used lighting perfectly into performance; humorous sketch ?Biography of Xiang Yu?; ?Charming Xunxing? which were highly full of folk characteristic; dynamic ?Brandish Xunxing? ; splendid dancing of ?Hidden fragrance?; charming stage play ?Office Xunxing?, Guzheng performance,antiphonal singing by Hong Kong staff; and vigorous singing from Week Champion of Special 6+1. Their wonderful performance gained applauses and praises from the audience.

The party also broadcast New Year blessing sent by each company in the Group from all parts of the country; in the charity donation which was full of Xunxing?s fine tradition, corporate leaders at all levels and all employee representatives went to the stage to offer a tribute in succession.
