On 28th, March, 2009,the director of Provincial Intellectual Property Rights Bureau LuoXuan, leader of the Intellectual Property Rights Testing Team for the third National enterprises and institutions, and his party came to SBS to inspect its intellectual property rights.       At meeting, the CEO of SBS, Wu Lejin and the minister of SBS Intellectual Property Right(IPR) Office, Xie Jingbo separately gave a report on the efforts SBS have made during the period of pilot project of our company. The SBS, as the only medium enterprise in the pilot projects for Enterprises, has integrated IPR's related work with its mission of development strategy so as to sharpen its competitiveness under the guidance of Intellectual Property Rights Management Department. During this period, SBS has improved the Intellectual Property Rights Mechanisms, Intellectual Property Database Construction and strengthened the Intellectual Property Rights Awareness, so as to make our IPR mechanism at the level of creation, usage, and protection comprehensively. In the past three years, SBS has kept patent applications and self-creation ability growing as well as  competitiveness strengthening. IPR has entered  the "Express High Way".

     Intellectual Property Rights Testing Team gave high praise for our experience and achievement on IPR after listening carefully to our report during the pilot. They fully affirmed our IPR departments' regular mechanism and correct position. Also the inspecting team gave a  prize for the interactive mechanism among the patent and technology R&D department. They expressed their great hope that SBS should improve the input of patents and its own R&D efforts so as to raise the market share of patented products in order to achieve efficiency.
